All Jacques master stations feature user-friendly menu and key functions and alpha-numeric displays. They are designed with extended audio frequency response and low distortion for high intelligibility voice communication. Master stations are available as a desktop console, console with handset, or a software application that runs on a standard PC.

The Jacques PCC-550M PC Master Station includes a PC, specially configured to run the proprietary Jacques Master Intercom Software. Additionally, the PCC-550M comes with an external desk or panel-mounted Gooseneck Microphone, Monitor style Speaker and a Jacques Push-To-Talk (PTT) switch. A standard 2-button Mouse, which controls all Intercom functions, and a 101-type Keyboard are also supplied. The 2-button Mouse controls all Intercom and Public Address (PA) functions.

The Jacques DCS-550M Series 2 Master Station is a desktop console Master Station. The DCS-550M Series 2 Master Station is configured to suit specific project requirements. It is also equipped with two selectable foldback Audio Channels, background music or recorded information may be fed to any or all Slave Stations under Master Intercom Control, or locally at the Slave with individual push-button volume controls. High and Low Level Interfaces are available for connection to Building or Security Management and CCTV.
